Justice Agba-Fishim’s lawyer, Prof Amuda Kanike SAN orally applied for the bail of the embattled judge and in the absence of an opposition from the EFCC counsel, Rotimi Oyetibo, the presiding judge, Justice R. I. B Adebiyi granted the judge bail on self-recognisance.
